That's fixable if you can tell us what you see.

Or whatever it is, just google it up I'm sure you'll hit a solution.

What I get is tons of pop up ads, side ads, and when ever I type into search advertising websites comes up. It chokes up the computer pretty good. I cannot find the program so I can remove it. I believe their program is called Block and Surf.

    Can I block the websites?

Follow this step by step tutorial and be patient. Don't skip a step and follow only the steps depending on the web browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc.) you are using. It will ask you to download free versions of programs (Malwarebytes, Hitman Pro, etc.) to use when necessary.

Good luck and let me know if you got it sorted out.

How to remove BlockAndSurf adware (Virus Removal Guide)

    Cheers!

Protection is a lot easier, and sometimes cheaper than repairs.

You really NEED to be using a top of the line Anti Spyware program to get rid of spyware already on your PC.
There are two, that you can get for FREE.

One is Malware bytes. Get it, install it, keep it up to date and run the scan at the very least once a week.

Two, is Super Anti-Spyware. Just revamped, this program will help to keep you Spyware/Adware free.

Then there is the Spam type of stuff that just rides in on your web activity, like the CRAP that's attached to this forum and many other forums as well.

Get and install "Ad Block Plus" to your browser. It works very well with Firefox, which I use.
Start off with that and see if most of your problems don't subside.

Then another little program you can get, and yes it's FREE, is "Spyware Blaster". It downloads a list of bad web pages and installs that list into your HOSTS file, that almost all browsers use to verify the integrity of any web site.

I run all of the above mentioned programs myself and give them to my customers, who spend a lot of time on the Internet.

    Good Luck,
A man with experience is never at the mercy of a man with an argument.
    Backup! Backup! Backup! Ghost rocks!

I had a program called Ace Race sneak into my system with a download of something, maybe Google Chrome, and it gave me swarms of ads such as you suffer. Ace Race was on the C drive and contained its own uninstall routine. Now, I've no more swarms. But I figure they're just waiting for another way in.
