I know someone w/ Office365. They have a couple of items in their Drafts folder that will not go away. Delete or move them & w/in a few seconds they return. They uninstalled & re-installed Office... made no difference. Comments, ideas?

Isn't Office 365 tied directly to Onedrive, when documents are saved? Have them check the settings on how/where the documents are being saved...that's where I'd start looking.

Jim, now that you mention it they'd be saved to the Outlook Files folder in the Documents folder. I'll suggest that to him. Thanks, good thought.
