I may have encountered the IE security breach that was referenced in an earlier post but which I cannot now find. My problems have only increased. Now, I cannot get into Outlook at all because I am told it is locked because there were too many attempts to access the account using the wrong password. I do know that Outlook is apparently not functioning at all today, possibly since yesterday. I scanned my pc w/Malwarebytes and Webroot. Both reported no security issues were encounter or removed. The only thing I know to do now is to hoof it down to Best Buy and have the Geek Squad take a crack at it. Help!

You have absolutely GOT to be kidding. Right?

By now, everyone should know that Best Buy and the Geek Squad are a big JOKE!
They are the laughing stock of the internet.

Don't you have any computer stores or repair shops in your area?

If you lived closer, I'd fix that thing for you myself.

    Good Luck!

I absolutely agree. Don't use that place! Find a good independent.

And, Mike, why don't you try Repairing Office. Might fix your glitch w/ Outlook. And save finding a Tech.

    Cheers,
    Drew
