I have installed win 8 OS on my laptop. And Last evening, I tried to install Win Server 2008 SP2, but after installation, the Desktop Experience can not be installed. The fowllowing are the installation information:

Error Message: Failure of trying to install Desktop Experience
Error Code: 0x80070011
The system can not move the files into the disc drive.

After the installation, the often used Microsoft OneNotes in the past can bot be used anymore for no Desktop Experience.

I'm looking forward some computer talent's help.

Uninstall Win Server 2008 SP 2.

Have you tried to install Desktop Experience with Win Server 2008 SP2 in the safe mode? Have a try! Or try manual installation of it. And repair the error.
