Hey, guys

Please, please help. I can not find my printer port after the upgrading. last week i just upgraded to wndows 8 from win 7 but now no matter what i did i can not find the priinter port anymore.

So i tried to reinstall it with a different driver, it says that the port name is already in use.
I just wondering there must be a way to iew the printer ports even now i do not know how.

I know this issue has probabaly come up many times before in this forum. waiting for your help and many thanks in advance.

First it might be helpfull to fill in your system specs (lower left corner) do that we know what hardware you have. Is it 64bit? clean install? what version of win 8?
