Coming here for some help because you guys have fixed all my problems in the past.
I have been confused with this problem for a long time that none of my USB ports are working so that i can not convenient transfer many important files or audio files which are very important in my work.

somebody once told me maybe a system restore will be help, but i still want to get more suggestions.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

problem is that you are missing the generic usb drivers, i had this problem.

look in the inf directory and ensure the following files are listed if not copy form another windows 8 machine
