Hello everybody,
After I installed windows 8 release preview, I installed cut the rope app from windows store. But when I start the game, the system crashed. Then I restart the system and login. there's the temporary profile fault with my account. So I tried to create another account, making it admin and signing in but there's no other account in the logging in screen other than the one I'm using.
Somebody please help!

The Metro apps are not finished. This is a beta OS. I suspect this app has problems. I would uninstall the app and see if this fixes your problem.
You might have to do a Refresh or Reset to fix the accounts problem, but a complete Reinstallation would even be better.

That's why it's called "TESTING".
If everything worked perfectly, there would be no need for Testing at all.
MS would just release the new OS and we would not be having all this FUN.
I've crashed my own Win-8 install many times, so far, and I've had to do a complete re-install to make things right again. Then I try NOT to do that which causes Win-8 to crash.
I expect that before the summer is over, I'll crash it a few more times.
But, every time I get it all set up and working the way I want it, I do a complete Backup.
Doing a RESTORE is a lot quicker than having to do a clean Install.
Cheers Mates!

I have restored Win 8 RP from Image several times myself, usually when a new app does not do as expected. Sometimes restoring is quicker than uninstallation and repair. Hey, that's what we create Images for. Those of us testing this beta OS expect problems. If you do not know what beta testing is all about and the problems and pitfalls you might encounter, then you should NOT be testing beta OS's. If you do not know how to recover from disaster, you should NOT be testing beta apps, including beta OS's, which this is!

It should be obvious, to MS, by now, that releasing Win-8 to the general public was one HUGE mistake.
In years past and OS's past, they have used a qualified group of Beta Testers and I'm sure the results were a lot better.
Apparently, most of the public testers today, complain to a forum but never report their problems back to MS like they are supposed to.
That's what Beta Testing is all about....finding the problems and reporting them back to Microsoft, so they can be fixed. We can't fix them here!
I really hope that MS now realizes their mistake and won't make it again.

Have you tested in safe mode?

I have tried to check in safe mode, but not work. I am going to re-install the entire OS. Thanks for your kind suggestion. You help me a lot.

You are welcome. That is the best alternative.
