I installed Windows 8 CP few days ago. I noticed that I will disconnect if CPU is over 50% of process. I guess that should be the driver problem. I am using Ethernet driver. My notebook manufacturer does not provide any drivers for Win8, only for Win7.

So I question is can I install drivers from Win7? And system will work properly?

You can most likely try the Win 7 drivers. They work for many devices.

Another question though, if you recently installed Win 8 CP, why? Win 8 RP is the newer beta and contains many fixes. It is possible your problem would be fixed with the newer version. Definitely you will have to Clean Install, but since your are early in the testing of this beta OS, this should not present much of a problem.
