What help do you need? You have started two separate threads with absolutely no information on what your problems are.

I need all of them, because the questions I raised not only me but also for some people around me need. for some reason they can not reach you, so they asked me to help

Office 365 is a paid suite of apps. Office apps are not free, they are actually quite expensive. There may be trials apps available but these only work for a short time period.

Without more info on you PCs and internet hook up we cannot help you.
