Hi guys,
So after installing Windows 8 RP (Eval. Copy. Build 8400), my 2nd ethernet connection is limited/no valid ip configuration and has no default gateway. However my other ethernet connection works fine. Does windows 8 have a problem with "teaming" or issues with using 2 wired connections? I don't have this issue in Windows 7.

All drivers are up to date; using Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller (Driver Version: 8.1.1020.2011)
Also Microsoft Kernel DEbug Network Adapter has been disabled - Though 2nd ethernet connection still does not work

Any help would be lovely, I've struggled with this for days now765

Unfortunately this problem has not cropped up in the paste on any forum I read, so it appears to be an unusual problem. This may be related to the beta not being finished, although that seems highly unlikely. Is there a reason you need the 2 connections at this time? I assume the Troubleshooter was no help!

I also have a question, no real reason other than curiosity. I see the A, A for location on several posts through the Forum. Is this considered an abbreviation for Australia? I have never heard of it.

After using 2 ports for a long time, going down to 1 feels slower... a lot slower for some reason. Troubleshooter didn't help at all unfortunately.

Also yeah A, A is Australia, it should be abbreviated to Aus but I don't know. The net works in funny ways :D
