I am a Windows 8 user and have Verizon FIOS internet with a wireless network. Is there a way to disable the wireless network only for my son's laptop? I would like to disable his internet connection at night without disrupting wireless connections for the other computers.
Any hints would be appreciated.

You could just turn off the Bluetooth using the switch on the front of the laptop.
You can go into the wireless setup on the router each night and disable his connection by setting up a MAC filter, then removing his address, or simply disabling all connections at night. This would be somewhat of a PITA.
Or perhaps you could remove his laptop from him at night and put the "Wrath of God" into him. It sounds like he needs some limits set and have consequences if he does not follow the rules you set.
