Metro applications such as photo or evernote keeps vanishing and closing after a few seconds.
any solution?

Perhaps as more updates are sent through WU, these unfinished apps will get better. The Metro apps seem to be the most unfinished portions.

Have you downloaded and Custom Installed the new Win 8 RP beta OS. This new version replaces Win 8 CP. It does require a Clean Install so be prepared. It seems the Metro apps are much further along in Win 8 RP, although not complete yet.

If you already have Win 8 RP it seems something is very wrong with your installation and you might consider a Reset in the Recovery section, or perhaps a complete Reinstallation. If you go the Reinstallation route I would start with a new download and burn to DVD to rule that out as well.

oreni, this is the way that Win 8 CP worked. Are you sure that RP is installed? RP is needed for proper function of Metro Apps. Keep in mind that most will work, but a few may not.
