I have a problem and I need your help. I can't open Microsoft Starter.I have tried to repair the program but get this message-"There was a problem sending the command to the program."

Also, I get the following messages when I try to open any of my Word documents:

"Application Virtualization Client could not launch the application you requested.

The application Virtulization Client Service is not running-report the following error code to your System Administrator.

Error Code: 4625852-OFA10612-00006003"

Then the another message-" Click 2-Run configuration failure."

What does these message mean?

Did you actually add Office Starter Edition from a downloaded file or DVD? If you had Office Starter Edition loaded before hand, it is wiped out with the Win 8 RP installation. Office Starter Edition is generally installed by OEM manufacturer's and does not include a DVD for reinstallation.

I guess what I'm saying is how did you install Office Starter Edition?
