I have a HP notebook with 4200m / 5650m.

4250 – PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_9712&SUBSYS_1440103C&REV_00
5650 – PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_68C1&SUBSYS_1440103C&REV_00

Tried several drivers and nothing worked, including the latest "amd_catalyst_win8_release_preview"
Im using Windows 8 Release preview 8400
Consumer Preview worked great with Amd CP drivers :(

Anyone can help me ?

The default drivers worked well for me. I have a ATI Mobility Radeon 4650HD graphics card.

Try selecting your graphics card in Device Manager (Win+X then select device Manager) and deleting it. Reboot Windows. The system should load the default drivers for your card. See if these work for you.

The new AMD drivers are in beta as well. I assume this (http://support.amd.com/us/kbarticles/Pages/Windows8ConsumerPreviewDrivers.aspx) is where you got the driver.
