i have installed windows 8 in virtualbox but it wont let me sign in it keeps saying email address or password is incorrect help. I am sure what i typed is correct. Why windows does not allow me to login? Or is there any way to login windows 8 without password? Thanks.

Is your password too long? You cant login if the password is more than characters. Just type the first 16 characters to try to login. And i suggest changing a shorter password (less than 16 characters) after logging in.

You might be in luck in another way. The Win 8 RP is due on June 1st. This next beta will require a clean install. As netsoou has stated, the max PW allowed is 16 characters.

Is there really a GOOD reason to password protect a BETA TEST version of an OS that we're just TESTING?
You should be doing NOthing on Win-8 that would require password protection.

Next time, leave out the password and see if things don't go a lot smoother. Eh?
