Does windows store have region restriction? I am asking this question because I receive a message, saying that "Sorry, Windows Store ins't available in your region".

I installed the available updates and rebooted the PC, its same.

Is this problem cuased by the region restriction? Or its just a problem of my windows? Thanks.

I suspect it's caused by your installation.

The apps and app store are the most unfinished parts of this beta OS.

Win 8 RP will be released on June 1st. This next beta will require a clean install. I suspect a clean install with this updated beta will solve your problem.

So it is nothing related to region? I can use windows store in my country if I do a clear installation of RP, correct? Thank you.

Would you PLEASE go back to your control panel and fill it out, with your country.

Appears to be in China. I understand there will be a Chinese version of Win 8. Your problems could be related to the fact that this is a beta version and does not have a specialized version for China. just guessing here. once you Clean Install Win 8 RP, check to see if your problem is resolved.
