Your email has been hijacked! I found a few answers in Google (http://www.google.com/search?q=email+has+been+hijacked&sourceid=ie7&rls=com.microsoft:en-US:IE-Address&ie=&oe=).

Welcome to this Windows 8 Forums.
Depending on the kind of hack you've been dealt, the treatment may be as simple as logging in, and changing your settings and password. Or it may entail agonizingly repeated attempts to lock out a persistent hacker, potentially killing off your account altogether.
Make sure your PC is current with OS updates and anti-virus/malware software.
On a secure PC, log into your e-mail and then check whether or not any of the settings have been changed by a hacker. Smart hackers may set your account to notify them of any changes, so that they can go back in and switch things again.
Once you have changed the settings, create a new password.
Going forward, never list your main e-mail address publicly anywhere online -- in forums, in online ads, on blogs or any place where they can be harvested by spammers.

I have read of some hijacks that have involved closing a particular email account all together to get rid of the hijack. These are potentially very troublesome.

One of the favorite ways they get into an account is to send a fake email that comes from someone you know so you think it's genuine with a link to something, such as photos you must see, when you click on the link it asks you to sign in with your Windows live account, if this is Hotmail they have then got your username/password and you have the experience noted above. So if you get any such emails just delete them and send the person an email letting them know their account has been hijacked.

Most of this email Hi-Jacking would come to a screeching halt, if only people would do what we've been telling them to do for as long as email has existed.....Block out or delete all the email addresses on an email before ever forwarding it. Or just stop forwarding all together!
I've sent that admonition to my own email list till my fingers bleed and still I get forwarded emails with half a screen of email addresses at the top.
The way that Spybots work, an email can be sent with your address on it from a completely different computer.
Yes, it can be sent from your own computer too, but that's not always the case.
But if you just keep your computer FREE of Viruses, Trojans and Spyware, that can go a long ways toward stopping the spread of Malware in general.
