Hi all,

I would like to create a powerpoint file for work use. But sometimes I try to open an powerpoint (office 2007), it goes to Windows Installer and I got an message, saying that Prepare to install. Then it begins to install, after a while, a message " fatal error during installaton" comes out. I click ok, the installation restarts. Then same error message pops up.

Word and excel works fine. The problem just comes at times.

Can anybody help?

Uninstall your Office 2010, then reinstall it.

Thanks, kerry. I have uninstalled it and would like to install again now.
