I installed Windows 8 Customer Preview on a separate partition from my original Windows 7 partition. That is great because the boot manager became the new Windows 8 boot manager. But I managed to switch back to using the old boot manager by mistake. So how do I get the Windows 8 boot manager back again?

Put the Win 8 CP DVD in and boot to it. Go to the Repair Options. It may actually see the problem without doing anything further. if not run a repair install.

Maybe (?) you have only switched the defaults? Select Windows 8 as you default, if not already, and see if you have the new manager back.
