Hi all,

I got this problem a few days ago. The computer started getting a BSoD. And the error message is "critical service failed" . I tries to restart computer, the message pops up and got the exact same BSoD.

I also have tried many times to get into safe mode using "F8" and "Shift+F8", but nothing changed.

If anybody has any idea on how to fix this error temporally, please just post. Thanks in advance.

BSOD's, as you probably already know, is not good, it's shutting down Windows to protect your computer.

Please give a little more info about your computer, make & model, original OS installed when new. This can get us started.
