You must find an interesting thing. There is no button to shut down computer, also no button to close Metro apps. So how to close one Metro app?

Below are 4 different ways to close Metro apps.

1. In The App - Dragging The Mouse, Or Swiping
A) Move your mouse to the top of your screen
B) Click and hold the left mouse button
C) Drag your mouse to the bottom of the screen and release the left mouse button
--On a touch screen swipe from top to bottom

2. While in the app - press ALT + F4 (works for most apps, not all)

3. Closing Apps In Metro Or The Desktop
A) Move your mouse to the top left corner of your screen to display open apps
B) Right click the app and click Close

4. Open Task Manager, right click on the app and click End Task
