Hi everyonge,

I have a problem with my firefox. When I openfirefox it says:

'Firefox is installing your updates and will start in a few moments.'

but after the bar runs through it gives an error:

'The update could not be completed. Please make sure there are no other copies of firefox running on your computer, and then restart Firefox to try again.'

I click ok and every time I open firefox it does the same thing.

Any ideas...?

Which version you are installing?

If this continues you could uninstall FF, then download and reinstall the latest version from here (http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/).
