Hi all,

Its me again, ening. Today I am trying to watch the vidoe on windows.microsoft.com. When I open the vidoe by Firefox, it shows me a blank screen of the vidoe and cant play. Right click the vidoe, it shows me a silverlight bar. Please see the screenshot below.

If I open the website by Chrome, it shows me a black screen, and cant play, either. Right click the video, still comes a silverlight bar. Please see the screenshot below.

I can browser anything except the vidoe on this website.

Please let me know if you know anything about this. Thanks.

You may need the latest version of Silverlight, which can be found here.

Download Silverlight 5.0.61118 - FileHippo.com (http://www.filehippo.com/download_silverlight/)

Don't know why MS update doesn't offer this, as it's their product. It's version 5, rather than 4. On Firefox, I've been prompted to install the latest Silverlight.

You're quite welcome, ening.

This update of Silverlight may reduce many of Firefox's users issues with the browser. It's been available for quite some time, yet it's not included in MS Update. I've reported it to them (the MS folks), haven't heard back.
