First of all, I'm loving Windows 8 so far. Still much to discover! I'm trying to be adventurous rather than frustrated (it took a while before I found out how to shut down the computer).

My current problem is the internet connection. I'm currently re-installing all of my programs, but having trouble with one in particular. Every time I try and complete the Star Craft 2 download, the internet suddenly stops working. Simply disabling and re-enabling the wired adapter gets it working again, but only for about 10-15 seconds then it stops again. Other programs (such as league of legends) do not have this problem. I am quite curious as to why this happens, and why it only happens with Star Craft 2. If anyone has a solution to this problem, let me know! I'm anxious to see how SC2 preforms in this windows environment!

There are also many tips in the various Forums on using Win 8 CP. General Discussions, Customizations and Tutorials all have a wealth of tips. Check some of them out.

See if you can restart or reconfigure your connection from within the control panel.
