Hi,
Weather App not working. It shows settle & also showing " You are not connected to the network".
Please help me.

Welcome to this forum.
Not all apps work in all countries and regions now. Some Windows 8 Metro Apps will only be available in the United States, Japan, Germany and France. Where you are from?

Method 1: Follow these steps mentioned below and check if that helps.
Step 1: Make sure that ‘Allow apps to use my location’ is selected. Follow the steps provided below to enable it.
a. Press the ‘Windows + C’ to activate the charms menu and click on ‘search’.
b. Click on ‘settings’ and type ‘location’ and select ‘Allow apps to use my location’.
c. Turn on ‘Allow apps to use my location’.
Method 2: Change the regional settings and check if that helps.
a. Press the ‘Windows + C’ to activate the charms menu and click on ‘search’.
b. Click on ‘settings’ and type ‘location’ and select ‘change location’.
c. Change the ‘Home location’.

I used Method 1 yesterday morning to install the Metro Weather app, & it's working fine. Everything took a couple of minutes, but it finally kicked in. Thing was the MS locator "seen" the next largest city to where I live, but I fixed that. It allows one to add a location for the Metro Weather app.
I'm assuming that you're not having network related issues here.
