I see that there are some Dial Up modem drivers in there. That's neat!

Epson printer drivers are in there, but NOT Canon. Boooo!

I'm glad to see Nvidea driver support, because I just ordered a NEW NVidea video card for my PC.

No, Canon are not on the list, but my Canon Pixma MP620 works perfectly with the Win 7 drivers including all functions, print/scan/copy!

still no windows 8 via audio driver :(

Via is not a quick responder to offer new drivers, especially with a beta OS. Be patient. Perhaps when the RP comes in in late spring. We all hope many of the little problems are fixed.

That is SO hard to believe. VIA audio is older than the hills, and somewhat of an industry standard.
They must have p'ed off MS somewhere along the line. We'll never know about things like that.

I guess I'm fortunate that most of my computers use the AC-97 audio drivers. They all work just fine with Win-8. (DP or CP) and I don't even have to load them. The AC-97 drivers are included in the Win-8 driver store. Just fantastic!

yes i hope they have some for when RP comes out untill then i have to stay on windows 7 i guess

Well you could test Win 8 CP on a spare HD or as a dual boot without sound. I normally have mine muted anyway.

I'm afraid I do not entirely understand your alphabetical list of drivers. Is it just a summary of what exists, or can you actually provide these drivers?
I am specificly searching for HP e-printer drivers for Windows 8 RP. Any tips...?

As we stated in the other thread, check the HP site for drivers. HP is very slow in providing support for new OS's. Quite often they NEVER do. HP is usually the very last to update drivers. They prefer selling you a new device rather than support existing devices!
