I start the IP Helper service in my windows8 yesterday but the speed of my network was a little bit slower. Today i connect the network but i don't know why some websites i could not get on. Who knows what's the problem here? I am waiting for your reply.

I have encounted the same problem before, i restart my computer and problem solved.
