I just bought a new laptop which runs windows8 home premium. The user account control was originally open but after disabled it i cannot open any softwares which i downloaded!! It always says that i am not the administrator! What should i do guys? I really need your help! :(

DO you mean the Windows 8 Developer Preview or the Win 8 Consumer Preview?

You just run the computer with the administrator account please.
