No matter which CD-ROM I inserted, it can not be read. And the prompting is "fomat", then I prompt it, to my surprise, the format is a failure.
So I tried my CD-ROM in the other person's computer, there is no problem!
Of course, the system is Win 8 Home Premium.

It might me the problem of your CD drive. Just check it. perhaps, you need to repalce the CD dirver. if is not the problem of the CD-ROM
