Hi there,

I've been trying to install a new graphics card into my laptop of Windows 8 Ultimate, but when I installed it, the computer doesn't recognize it, and nothing is shown or changed in the Device Manager. Everytime I tried to install the drivers it'll indicated "The NVIDIA Setup program could not locate any drivers that are compatible with your current hardware. Setup will now exit".

What should I do about this issue? Thanks for your help.

Hello LanceCam,

I think your graphic card is not compatible with windows8, so i suggest you that buy other graphic card. It is better the new one is the same version like your old one.

Windows 8 Ultimate? UR kidding?

I only know the windows 8 developer preview and the windows 8 consumer preview.

but in case of the problem you mentioned, try to install or upgrade your graphic card driver.

good luck.
