Hi guys,

Windows 8 is running on my computer well. While recenlty, a problem about the server shocks a lot! When surfing the internet, I gets a box saying the server is running and indicating this operation can not be finished due to another app is running, pls choose "switch to" to activate the running app and correct the problem.

Do you know what the matter is? How can I fix it?
