Recently, I want to replace Norton with Kaspersky. But I can not completely delete Norton. My friends has recommended me a professional software to uninstall it, but there are still some files in my computer with Windows 8. Then can you tell me how to manually remove it?

The main problem with Norton is that it has files and extensions that embed themselves in just about every corner of the hard disk on your computer, which makes them nearly impossible to be totally removed with the standard Windows "Add/Remove Programs".
