I'm here for answers to the Windows 8 CPU occupancy rate. My computer is running with Windows 8 home premium, and it has been running well. While recently when I try to open an image, the cpu occupancy rate always shows as 100%.

Can you tell me how can I fix the high Windows 8 CPU occupancy rate problem? Why does this happen?

open Task Manager and click the Processes tab to see a list of running processes. Trun off the one uses your Windows 8 CPU most.
