Hi guys,

About three months ago, I bought a Toshiba M515 laptop and it comes with win 8 installed. I've reinstalled win 8 several times because everytime when i open up my laptop, i have to wait for about 2o minutes. During the process, the only information is that the system is no response.

Of course, i've tried many online ways but most or them did not fix it. does anyone know what could be causing this?
