Hope you can help me with my pirate Windows 8 Pro 64 bit and many thanks in advance.

Yesterday I just installed windows 8 64 bit on my laptop and only two hours later, a message pops up and saying my windows 8 is not genuine. And recently i had have BSOD errors because of connected hardware and I think I've resolved them.

What can I next to do with this pirate windows? and will something bad happen at some point if left unresolved?
