Hi guys,

This morning, I tried to download the patches for the game I’m playing recently. But after the installation of the patches, the computer often got stuck and sometimes crashed. Then I uninstalled it and downloaded it again. I have tried it several times, resulting in failure. Running with Windows 8 operating system now.

Any suggestions?
