Well, I just recently upgraded to windows 8 Beta, i've been loving how sleek and quick has been until today...

I am having high latency and trying to sort it out but can't quite figure it. My friend that lives close to me was getting >100ms latency and I was pushing 400ms.

So I am wondering if I have missed something in the network setup.

Any suggestions in this windows 8 issue?
