Hello guys,

I often come across the same problem. To be specific, when I want to remove some files useless for me, the system will indicate me that the said file is being using and can not be deleted. But I have closed the file before deleting. So that the files can not be removed. Sometimes ago, my friend told me a way to delete the stubborn file in the Safe Mode. But I’m not clear about the detailed steps. BTW, running with Windows 8 beta.
