Hey everyone,

I have a Hp laptop and one desktop, both of them are running windows 8 64 bit.

I want to connect two computers together and join in the homegroup. I'm wondering it for a long time but do not know how to do with that. I want to be able to access my Desktop PC like it was in the homegroup even though I'm on another network.

Would creating a Virtual Private Networking allow me to create a homegroup between the two computers?

any help in this would be highly appreciated.
