Hi guys,

let's directly to the point. Due to be fed up with windows 7, i have a clean install of windows 8 beta last week. Now i have a problem about windows 8 because my internet is quite slow. I used to download my games from Steam with 2 Mbps, which is now 480kbps. Youtube videos actaully take time to buffer, they didnt do that on my previous pc, which was a piece of junk compared to this one.

Now i really do not know how to do about that, so i come here for some help. hope you guys in this windows 8 forums come up a fix.
