Howdy you all,

I have two old mechines and both of them is running windows XP. i have all of them connect to the other new windows 8 mechine we use as a file server for the most part just fine. We have noticed that when the XP machine quits talking to the Windows 8 machine. We get some adverse or similiar problems with the Windows 8 workstations just not to the same extent. We have narrowed it down to the computer browser service.

i've googled thid error up and most solutions in some windows 8 all did not fix it.

can you come up other solutions? many thanks in advance.
