My computer is MacBook Pro of Apple. It is a long time since my last use of the bluetooth function on it. Today, I want to transfer something important to the computer from the phone. After I click to receive the data, there is a box popping up to show me that the bluetooth transfering can not be completed and it says that I have used the incompatible address with the requested protocol. And there are two choices for me: Back and Cancel. The operating system of the laptop is Windows 8 beta.

You are terrific. install Windows 8 beta on a MAC book. Oh, boy. just go back to your IOS, you will meet no such problem any more. Windows and iOS can't be compatible with each other. BTW, I guess you are using iPhone, right?

It;s really a brave attemption to install windows 8 on your MacBook Pro. Windows and iOS are incompatible with each other. So do not think about that.
