What I am using is a DVD burner. It was playing it role well. While this morning, when I tried to burn a disk, the burning stopped when 98% or 99% has been finished. And the burning program never responed any more. Even though I pressed to pop out the disk, it gave me no response. What's wrong with it? Is the CD still availble? And I have never come across this kind of problem when I was using CD burner. In addition, the operating system of my computer is Windows 8.

It is very likely that the CD can not be used again. But if your CD is a rewritable one, you can try to burn it again.
