Hey guys,

You know that the CD driver can be booted when booted the computer for the fisrt time after reinstall the operating system. But after I installed Windows 8 and then intalled the mother board driver, guess what? The CD driver could not be used. Even the CD Driver icon has disappeared. The CD driver is connected to the IDE2. I failed to make it work by modifying or jumping the wires. Even though I reinstalled the Win 8, it changed nothing.

Pls show me some solutions!

Try uninstalling the Driver of the CD driver and then reinstall it. Then reboot your computer to have a try.
