Hi guys,
My DVD burner is a newly bought one. After I installed it on my computer which is running with Windows 8 operating system, my PC will automatically enter the safe mode. So I have to reboot the computer, but after enter the system, the PC will crash. And the audio card and printer can not work normally. I then used the kaspersky antivirus software, there were no viruses founded. Is there anyone can show me the causes and soutions?
