My Realplayer has always been running well without any problem. But recently, after I upgraded the operating system of my laptop to Windows 8, the trouble of the player comes up. But it happens only once in a while. When I use the realplayer to play the downloaded videos, it often gets stuck. Anf if I click to fast forward to a later point, the audio does not synchronize with the image. But before upgrading the OS, this phenomenon never came up.

Any one can give me some suggestions?

This may be caused by software conflicting. Just try to update your realplayer to the latest version according to your bit of Windows 8, for example, if you are using Windows 8 64 bit, then download realplayer which fits for 64 bit, and 128 bit realplayer for Windows 8 128 bit.

If that doesn't work, then you can downdate the version of realplayer, the older version. Try that.
