hi guys,

let's directly to the point. My Toshiba desktop has wireless connectivity. and i am using windows 8 on it. I have enjoyed most part of it so far except for a weirder thing happened recently. it can find a wireless network for everyone else in the apartment building except for mine. other computer of my friends all can find and connect to my network without any problem.

can anyone come up some solutions for this issue? many thanks in avance.

If you had previously detected multiple wireless networks within range, and don't now, it is your NIC and not the Router password change.

Is there a wireless device listed in Network Connections?

If so, you may be able to allow Windows to "Repair this Connection"
