My laptop is installed with Windows 8 home premium. Recently, I find that whenever I play music, it will get stuck, even only a single song can not play smoothly. Even if I close all other procedures, it also makes the sound of cracking. I do not know why this happens.

I am experiencing the same issue since upgrading to Windows 8 CP. I have tried multiple media players, NO GO. I updated the drivers for my Creative SB 5.1, NO GO. Even youtube videos don't play smoothly or any AV file for that matter. Any suggestions.
