I have bought a new Toshiba laptop which is originally installed with windows 8 operating system. And the laptop has the function of reading fingerprint to protect your privacy. With the fingerprint reader, I can secure the webpages and login interface. But now I want to secure a map so that I can click the map on my desktop twice and it will ask for my fingerprint, in order to give me convenience.

Any suggestions?
